Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD interacted with the ET-2021 (All Women’s batch) on 14th January, 2022 during which Ms Trishaljit Sethi (CVO), Shri D. K. Patel, Director (HR), RED (WR1), RED (SR) and Head of Projects were present.

The all Women’s Batch of 43 ETs have joined NTPC as part of a special recruitment drive for women candidates.The ET batch has completed their technical, simulator and managerial training, and are currently undergoing Field-job-training at Mauda, Solapur and Simhadri projects.

CMD congratulated all ETs for joining NTPC family and emphasized on their strength and potential to become leaders of tomorrow by contributing to building the workplace, society, and nation on the occasion. Replying to queries posted by the young ETs, he elaborated NTPC's continuous endeavor to emerge as a diverse power major and sustainable employer.

Ms. Sethi , CVO, congratulated NTPC on taking affirmative action towards gender parity and encouraged the ETs to develop themselves as smart professionals. Shri D.K. Patel, Director (HR) inspired them to share new ideas and innovative concepts and contribute to making NTPC townships an even better place.

The program was also attended by Head of PMI, Heads of HR of respective ET training locations, RLI/EDC Heads and PMI ET Cell.
